Dr. Raza Rahman Khan Qazi

Dr. Zahid Parvaiz

Dr. Ashraf Ali

Dr. Muhammad Saleem
Senior Research Fellow at the Development Insights Lab (DIL), is a development economist with a PhD in Development Studies from Erasmus University. With over 20 years of experience in public finance, policy, and social sector research, he has worked with leading organizations such as the State Bank of Pakistan, UNDP, World Bank, and UNICEF. He also serves as a Sector Specialist with UNDP, advising the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government. Dr. Saleem is skilled in impact evaluation techniques like difference-in-difference, Propensity Score Matching, and RCTs, and is proficient in data analysis using STATA, SPSS, and Excel. He has designed surveys, led consultations, and is fluent in English, Urdu, and Pashtu.
