He also serves as a Sector Specialist with UNDP, advising the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government. Dr. Saleem is skilled in impact evaluation techniques like difference-in-difference, Propensity Score Matching, and RCTs, and is proficient in data analysis using STATA, SPSS, and Excel. He has designed surveys, led consultations, and is fluent in English, Urdu, and Pashtu.
